# Partner-Managed Programs

> Before your customers can start spending on Rain, you'll need collateral in your Rain account. Rain deploys a collateral contract per chain for your card program which serves as the reserve balance.

## Add collateral to your account

To add collateral, navigate to the dashboard page and click **Add tokens**. You can add tokens via wallet or Safe. At this time, Rain only accepts crypto for collateral.

## Pay off your balance

As your customers spend, Rain posts charges to your account. There are several options you can use to pay off your account. For more information, see your contract or contact [platform@rain.xyz](mailto:platform@rain.xyz).

### Pay with fiat

You can pay via ACH. The frequency or automation of these payments may vary depending on your contract.

### Pay with crypto

You can pay off your balance with crypto. Depending on your contract, the frequency or automation of these payments may vary.

## \[Sandbox] Mint Test Tokens for Collateral

For testing collateral, you can mint `rUSD`, a token created for testing purposes. This token can be used as collateral to simulate funding scenarios. See [supported networks and minting process](/docs/sandbox-mint-test-tokens-for-collateral) in resources tab.
